Large 7.1 Quake strikes off the coast of Japan today

Another large earthquake struck 207 miles from Tokyo and was 15.9 miles deep.  USGS stated that the quake was centered 41 miles from Sendai which is the site of the 9.0 quake which struck last month.  A tsunami warning was also issued for one of the prefectures.  Workers at the troubled nuclear plant site were also evacuated due to the earthquake.
